Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher PHP Developer to join our web development team. This role is designed for a recent graduate who has completed PHP training and is eager to jumpstart their career in a professional environment. You will be responsible for handling entry-level tasks across web development projects and WordPress sites.
Technical Skills Required
Core PHP: Basic understanding of PHP scripting and server-side logic.
Database: Fundamental knowledge of MySQL (queries, tables, and data management).
Frontend: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
CMS: Basic familiarity with WordPress (dashboard, themes, and plugins).
Roles & Responsibilities
Task Execution: Working on assigned web development tasks under the guidance of senior developers.
WordPress Management: Assisting in the setup, customization, and maintenance of WordPress-based websites.
Code Maintenance: Writing clean, basic code and troubleshooting small bugs in existing projects.
Front-end Integration: Ensuring web designs are properly implemented using HTML/CSS/JS.
Compensation & Growth
The salary structure for this role is as follows:
Initial Salary: ₹5,000 per month(Probation/Training period).
Post 6 Months: Following a performance review and successful completion of the initial phase, the salary will be revised to ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
Qualifications
Education: Must be a Graduate (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, BSc IT, or any related degree).
Training: Must have completed a professional training course in PHP/Web Development.
Aptitude: Strong desire to learn, ability to meet deadlines, and a "can-do" attitude.
